Just a quick cut and paste.
no amount of beans, rice and Tequila could ever be expected make it prosperous.

dear mr. belveal,
i do not understand neither the content nor the purpose of the last message your site received. considering that you deal mainly with honduras (central america), i do not understand the relevance/significance of the writer's listing of tequila. guaro (aguardiente) and ron (rum) i can understand, but not tequila. as to that person's mention of beans and rice, i would gladly take all he has to offer, provided the former were honduran-grown ones of very good quality.

Carias:

Tastes vary in journalistic preferences. Maybe he operates a streetside food stand. Or maybe he's just hungry.

Were you following last week-end's adventures of our Roatan-resident fugitive-in-flight? The FBI got him in their clutches on Feb. 20, and with a minimum of diplomacy, bounced him to Teguce, onto a plane and straight off to Miami, Florida, where eager lawmen welcomed him "home". He had been on the lam for some 14 years. But he didn't seem glad to get back!

His Honduras lawyer and family members complained bitterly that capturing him and returning him to the Pinellas Court, from which he has been running, constitutes a shameful violation of his "human rights". HehHeh!

Now things will start getting really interesting!

Stay tuned!

Re: Roatan Fugitive,
Great comment about his "human rights"! I guess his lawyer and family never heard about extradition treaties. Do you think Mr Morris might now be figuring out that you can't waltz merrily about the world screwing people over and get away with it forever. He caused enough misery on Roatan with his actions and it finally appears to have run him to earth. Good riddance!
I too will be watching the future results with great interest but strongly doubt we will see his smiling face back on the island for some time to come. To the best of my knowledge his Honduran citizenship was also revoked as part of the procedure due to the fact he had not advised the Honduran government of the fact that he was under indictment when he applied for it. Only time will tell.

I wish we had a list participant in or near to Pinellas County Florida, which is where the Fourth District Federal Court is located and where Morris will be pointed to the slammer. It would be interesting to see a blow-by-blow account of this court appearance.

Any suggestions, anybody? Lorenzo

Just in case the people using this site have not been informed, the webmaster of this site, Lorenzo, is also not in the US for a reason. He is a child molester. So have fun playing in the pig pen with the pig who molested children and moved to the third world to get at the children of poor families!!!

Kelli: I don't know the source of your blatant lie, but I would very much like to. I divide my time between the United States and Mexico for two reasons: (1) I am married to a Mexican woman and (2) At age eighty-five (85) I do not tolerate the cold Idaho winters very well.

I WOULD COUNSEL YOU TO BE VERY, VERY, CAREFUL ABOUT PLACING LIBELOUS MATERIALS IN A PUBLIC ORGAN, UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO DEFEND THE ALLEGATIONS IN A COURT OF LAW.

Note: Can someone supply me with "Kelli's" full name and mailing address? I'm sure he would not do so.

One thing is perfectly clear: Either "Kelli" or his nameless source is a plain God-danmed liar.

Thank you!

For Kelli: In that Carias is a pseudonym I can not disclose my e-mail address nor identity. I see no reason why you could not at least state the nature of the documentation that you feel sustains your accusations. -- Carias

Lorenzo:
Please do not use the lords name in such a way when making a poor attempt to explain your actions and call me a liar. Your threats of court action are useless as truth is on my side. Further, any legal counsel you give regarding libel is no more then unauthorized practice of law as I am sure you are not a licensed attorney in the state where I live. Additionally, libel is defined as an untrue statement and since you have placed yourself in a public audience, actual malice would have to be proved. Since what I have said is the truth and actual malice is virtually impossible to prove, all I can say is BRING IT ON!!!

Uy uy uy! The things are still the same in Roatan eh!
Well! I am happy to have left that place! Since all the honorable business people (locals and foreigners)over there have taken all the possible money from me.
I believe that the "business" community over there are not in the position of giving lessons on morality!

Wow! I just read Lorenzo's writing about Honduras being a democracy or not? Gee... I have no idea where you got that info from, but I would advice you to start reading new sources. By the way, illiterate people can still make an informed decision. I don't believe a person's values should be weighed against their educational background. And if you are going to talk about corruption, just take a look at what the tobacco industry is doing in the US and the rest of the world! Of course, those running the business are not Hondurans, but British and Americans, but I guess because they are not "Indians" or "mestizos" they should be immune to the laws! But wait, they have so much money that they can actually buy the courts and have a ruling in their favor. But I guess that doesn't count, since they are the white boys!
