I was just wondering some basic info on Utila that I cant seem to find. Such as how many people live there, If they are running out of water like you say Roatan is, and if it would be a better bet than Roatan. Any feedback from anyone would be helpful.

I, Ula Kay Morgan, was born on Utila in 1962. I am a naturalized US citizen now. My father was one of the biggest land owners when he died. Both he and my mother were well respected people
on the island. I am a liscensed mortgage loan officer who was a real estate agent in Mississippi. I have to inform all to beware when purchasing real property on Utila. It is risky to purchase in Honduras. The country is much behind. I understand the investing desires of many. There is great potential, however, without
title insurance and quality title searches on the property, BUYER BE WARE. My brothers, sister and myself are in major land feuds due to thievery and it is rampant in my country of Honuras. Shame on the government officials!
