This restaurant has good ambiance; it is a delightful refuge from the hot noonday sun and the hot sandy beach. I tried tepesquintle, a fruit eating member of the rodent family which tastes a whole lot like pork.
If you end up staying on the beautiful beach until sunset and you miss the bus back to Trujillo, rooms are about $23.00 and come with private bath and hot water.
