Citizens of Highland Park protest their urban plight with passive resistance

Some Highland Park Citizens are offering passive resistance in protest of the State of Michigan's slow strangulation of their city. 
Here's how it works:
Until the McGregor Library is re-opened, Highland Park citizens will protest by adhering strictly to the speed limit at all times on the Lodge and I-75 Freeways within the boundaries of Highland Park. 
With so many Highland Park citizens coming and going, this ought to result in a continual slow down on these major state-sponsored commuting arteries. 

Passing through Highland Park? - Not so fast!
