Listizens: Does anyone have up-to-date information about the legal efforts to cancel the legal immunity for Rafael Leonardo Callejas and three or four other ex-politicos? There was a short blurb about this in La Prensa, I think, but now I can't find it. Is HITMAN still around? he might know. Thanks! Lorenzo

Lorenzo I am still around, very busy though but always willing to share info on CORRUPT hONDURANS
Callejas will never go to jail, neither Roberto Martinez, Roberto Acosta or the other liberal. It is more interesting now to investigate TOMAS LOZANO, WHO allegedly has a fortune in excess of 200 million dollars How?/ hell know.s.........

HITMAN (aka:anonymous) I am assuming that you are Hitman, since you replied to my post. I read a short news-story in one of the Honduras Dailies to the effect that three or four Hondo politicos, including ex-president Rafael Callejas, had been hauled up for a process involving stripping them of their political immunities. My question is whether it is really true that Ricardo Maduro's administration is getting serious about exposing political criminals to the full force of the laws - without benfit of the old Constitutional immunity. Do you have a feeling on this.. Lorenzo

Lorenzo as people say and you should know this" Maduro will be PURA PAJA. he will not put his best friend Callejas in jail. It is more likely that someone who steals a chicken to eat goes to jail than any of the corrupt politicians of Honduras. That smelly thing always rises to the top in Honduras Lorenzo, i am very dissapointed!!

The violent crimes seem even more frequent since the sham-man Maduro took over. I hear that his 'big boy' in La Ceiba is trying to use La Ceiba as a trash-dumping area for New Orleans trash. Any money for him?!!! As bad as the Liberal Party is, the majority of the Honduran people will wish that they had it back within two years the most, even with a mediocrity like Pineda Ponce (and his religious 'nut' wife) as President.

WHAT A SHAME
That man who was selling passports to AL QEDA was Ambassador of Honduras to Jordan. Worst thing is that he is somehow related to Maduro, his wife Dominique Villeda is sister in law with the Honduran FIRST lADY Carolina Maduro, daughter of Ruben Villeda Bermudez RIP, former Health Minister of Azcona. The worst appointment coming and I hope you write Otto Reich in the US State Department protesting this is Ivan Romero Martinez to the UN. Romero Martinez sold an Honorary Consulate in UK to Mohammed Al Fahyed, owner of Harrods, a well known arms dealer who has been refused UK citinzenship for his obscure wrongdoings. ONLY IN LITTLE CORRUPT HONDURAS MY DEAR FRIENDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hitman: This is so very repetitious. Do you recall the huge scam that took place during the Callejas administration. It involved Honduras diplomats selling phony passports and visas to illegal Chinese. I weem to recall that it was largely concentrated in Hong Kong, or somewhere over there in the orient. Is diplomacy the occupation of choice for potential crooks who aren't smart enough to rob banks? Thanks! Lorenzo

Alexandre,

YOU SHOULD CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY THAT THIS MAN DID NOT GET YOU INTO TROUBLE. HE HAS MORE LEGAL PROBLEMS THAN ANYBODY I KNOW. HIS OLDEST SON IS INVOLVED IN SELLING PASSPORTS TO THE MAFIA IN EUROPE. HIS OTHER SON IS A FUGITIVE AND IS BEING SOUGHT IN CONNECTION WITH THE MURDER OF A MINISTER OF THE LATE GOVERNMENT. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS MAN, HE IS A FAGGOT ANYWAY.

Hitman, you should be very careful with the information that you provide. for your information the Honorary Vice Consulate was issued to Mr. Al Fayed 4 years before Ambassador Romero Martinez was posted to London. Check your information before acusing anyone.
