 ORDER OF ARREST

ORDER OF ARREST
This cause having come before the Court on August 18,
l993, for the Respondent, to be tried pursuant to
F.R.Cr.P. 3.840, on the charge of Indirect Criminal
Contempt, arising out of the above-styled civil
action; and the Respondent having been duly noticed of
the time, date, and place of said trial and having failed
to appear, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all singular Sheriffs of the
State of Florida, shall arrest the Respondent, ARNOLD F.
MORRIS and hold him in custody to release upon bail in
the amount of $50.000.00.
In the event
the Respondent shall remain in custody, he should be
brought before the Circuit Court of Pinellas County,
Florida, at the next regularly
scheduled First Appearance Advisory Hearing.
Should the
Respondent remain in custody pending recognizance
release, he shall be transported
for arraignment at the next regularly scheduled Indirect
Criminal Contempt Arraignment Calendar.
Should the
Respondent obtain release,written notice of arraignment
shall be provided.
DONE AND ORDERED this 26th day of August, 1993, in
Chambers, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida.
